This year, actor Brad Pitt only appeared in one movie, Fury.

Fury is set in 1945, when World War II was in its final stages and Allied forces were forcing German troops into their final lines in cities and towns.

Fury brings together a cast of famous actors.

It is expected that Fury will come to Vietnamese audiences from October 31.

The animated film `The Book of Life` had a good opening, ranking third on the charts in its first week of release.

Third place belongs to The Book of Life, an artistic animated film.

25.4 million USD is the film’s opening revenue worldwide, including 17 million USD in North America alone.

The Best of Me, the last new film to appear in the Top 10, took fifth place.

In its first week of release, The Best of Me earned 10.2 million USD while its budget was 26 million USD.

Meanwhile, Gone Girl, the winner two weeks ago, dropped to second place on this week’s chart with sales of $17.8 million.

The remaining films in the Top 10 include: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, Dracula Untold, The Judge, Annabelle, The Equalizer and The Maze Runner.

Next week’s chart leader may change hands when John Wick, the latest action movie from star Keanu Reeves, hits theaters this weekend.
