In 2010, Chizui accidentally saw a recruitment notice for female sushi chefs at Nadeshico restaurant.

Typically, an apprentice chef will have to learn from a professional sushi chef for about 10 years.

After that, Chizui hired and trained many other girls to make sushi.

Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo is managed and owned by men.

Not only that, buying fresh fish was also a challenge for the restaurant when it opened in August 2010. The Tsukiji fish market in the city center is mainly managed by men, so Chizui hardly found a voice.

Although Nadeshico Sushi is still very new, nothing can stop these women from being completely dedicated to their work.
